2.         I hereby certify that at the meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Foundation held on 20 October 2008, at which meeting there was a quorum, the following resolutions on motion duly made and seconded were approved by the affirmative vote of at least a majority of the Board of Trustees:

 

“RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to designate Couples for Christ Foundation for Family and Life (CFCFFL) (Ontario Corporation No. 1742691; 17 September 2007) (“CFCFFL-Ontario”), a corporation duly organized and existing under the laws of the Ontario, Canada, with head office address at 3768 Partition Road, Mississauga, Ontario L5N8N3 as the official and exclusive affiliate of Couples for Christ Foundation, Inc. (SEC Registration No. 118783, incorporated 30 January 1984; TIN 255-952-515) (“CFCFI”) in Ontario, Canada retroactive to the date of its incorporation on 17 September 2007;”

 

“RESOLVED, FINALLY, to authorize CFCFFL-Ontario to use the corporate name, trademarks, and logos of CFCFI.”

           

3.         This certificate is being issued for whatever legal purpose it may serve.
